The road
How a Kooker travels
The short version: the package belongs to our retail partner from the moment you pay, and every question about it is answered on their side.
Who moves the box
Nothing is bought on this site, so nothing is packed or sent from here. A buy button opens the listing at our retail partner; checkout, carriers, timing and the cost of delivery are all theirs, and all of it is shown for your address before you confirm the order.
What to expect from big gear
Outdoor cookers are heavy, long-boxed goods. A frame and a tall pot can arrive as two packages a day apart when they come from two listings, and that is normal, not a lost box. The packed weight, where the maker filed one, sits on the listing itself.
If the box is late or arrives dented
The order page at our retail partner carries the delivery status and the buttons for a package that went wrong. Start there rather than with us: we can see none of it from the catalog side. What happens when a piece goes back is on its own page.
Back to the yard
All 44 pieces sit on four shelves: Outdoor Cookers, Pots, Baskets & Steamers, Tools & Accessories, Seasonings & Batters.
Or answer three questions about the cook and let the rack narrow itself.
Plan the cook instead
While the box is on the road, the boil notes cover the part that is ours: sizing, seasoning and keeping the fire honest.
