This site is a catalog. There is no dock, no counter and nobody to sign for a box, and a package aimed at the catalog helps no one. Everything goes back the way the order page directs.
Two habits that save a return
Open the box the day it lands and look the piece over: a bent frame or a dented pot is far easier to sort out in the first days than in the last ones. And keep the packaging until you have cooked once; a pot that goes back rides best in the box it came in.
Food items tend to have narrower conditions than hardware on the partner side, so check the order page before a seasoning bag is opened.
